About me

I work as a technician/lecturer in the University of Kent's Music Technology department, in which my main responsibilities are studio management, Pro Tools training and workstation management. I was educated at the University of Manchester, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Commercial Music Production in which my specialist area was recording studio techniques. I am a certified Digidesign Pro Tools Operator in Music, having recently completed training at Alchemea College of Audio Engineering in London. In my free time I work as a freelance recording and mixing engineer and have experience working with a wide range of musicians and artists in studios around the country. I am particularly interested in the application of binaural recording techniques and spatial perception in audio.
